Artist Mario d'Souza studio, Menetou-Salon

This project is located on a vineyard that produces organic wine. It is part of an overarching restructuring project that includes the vineyard’s offices and a laboratory. All of these newly constructed buildings are based on a similar building type, and on the light and materials , which are entirely recyclable and ecological (structure and internal and external panelling in natural Douglas fir, oak joinery, cellulose insulation, underfloor heating, wood pellet water heater, etc.).
The building is entirely based on a 20 cm Douglas fir plank which is used for siding, interior wall panelling, ceiling and exterior roofing.
